Disclaimer & Declaration
Authorization to teach is subjected the trainer meeting all certification requirements including clearing of the assessment by FIT Muay Head Coach or the appointed authorized representatives.
I understand that the FIT Muay Level One (FML1) trainer certification will not qualify me to teach Muay Thai or any forms of martial art in my personal capacity.
It will however enable and limit me to deliver fitness and exercise programs based upon Muay Thai inspired movements and the FIT Muay movement syllabus.
As a FML1 trainer, I will not diagnose, treat or cure any physical, mental or medical health condition.
As FML1 trainer, I am also fully responsible for the well-being of myself and other individuals during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge World Coaches Academy Pte Ltd, American Council on Exercise, Kru Muay Thai Association, and all their agents and representatives from every liability (civil or criminal), damage, injury, death, demand, expense, fee, fine, payment, proceeding, loss (including loss of profit, any indirect, special or consequential loss), compensation and/or penalty of any kind or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself.
This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
I acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
